When will my new product arrive?
We use Australia Post standard post, which takes 1-3 business days, and we aim to ship our orders the following business day after you’ve ordered it. All of our orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
It’s been three days and I haven’t received my product?
We will have included a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email – log on to Australia Post and enter your tracking number here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search . If anything looks weird, for instance you live in Wodonga but your parcel is in Broome, contact us and we will launch an investigation with Australia Post.
How do I care for my new t-shirt or hoodie?
Manatees products don’t ask for much, but do have some simple care instructions:
- The life of the print will be prolonged if you wait 24 hours before washing it
- Machine wash is fine, but they prefer inside out, on cold cycle and never after midnight
- Line dry inside out, preferably in shade – a tumble dryer is not good for their print and they get dizzy
- If the vinyl gets creased or crumpled just put some baking paper over the print and iron over that – a direct iron will damage it
- Manatees products like to be sung to sleep, preferably show tunes and film soundtracks
Exchanges and Refunds
I have not received the size or design that I ordered?
In the rare event that we have stuffed up and sent you the wrong order, we will replace it with the correct product at no extra postage cost to you.
I have received my order but changed my mind about the size or design?
As all of our merchandise is made to order, we encourage you to carefully look at our size charts before ordering. However, if you need to exchange for change of mind you will need to cover the cost of postage of the replacement product and sending back the unwanted order.
I have received my order and the print is faulty?
We try our best to only ship the highest quality products, however if your new merchandise isn’t behaving, eg. is so crooked it looks drunk, the print is not adhering to the fabric or it is mercilessly back-chatting, please contact us and we will send you a replacement at no extra postage cost to you.
About Our Merchandise
All of our designs are printed on high quality AS Colour garments.
The t-shirts are preshrunk and 100% combed cotton (except grey marle, which is 15% polyester). The hoodies are preshrunk, 80% cotton/20% polyester and lined with anti-pill fleece.
